Job summary

Tiiba in Northwest Indianapolis is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support one-on-one ABA therapy with children diagnosed with Autism. Starting pay is $21.25 per hour, with in-house support from BCBAs and BCaBAs.

You will implement ABA programs, teach essential communication, social, and daily living skills, and grow through our RBT level system with pay increases and incentives.

Qualifications

• Experience working with clients diagnosed with Autism.
• Knowledge of ABA therapy programs.
• Ability to teach communication, social, and daily living skills.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with clients.
• Implement ABA therapy programs.
• Receive ongoing support from in-house BCBAs and BCaBAs.
