Lumen Pediatric Therapy in Auburn Hills, MI seeks an ABA Therapist / Registered Behavior Technician to implement direct ABA services under supervision. You will collect data, collaborate with families and staff, and ensure a safe, confidential environment aligned with treatment plans.

The role emphasizes ongoing professional development, clinic trainings, and flexible schedule with 32+ hours weekly, including evenings and some Saturdays.

Formación

• High school Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s or some college preferred.
• Must have or be willing to complete the Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential requirements within the time frame set forth by BACB and Lumen Pediatric Therapy.
• Current CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to achieve certification.
• Ability to provide negative TB test results.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Proficient verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to lift, squat, bend, push/pull 50 pounds as needed for therapy services.

Responsabilidades

• Providing direct care services to clients in a one-on-one or group therapy format as directed by the Supervising Clinician and individual client treatment plan.
• Collecting and recording data on client behavior (We use Hi Rasmus!).
• Engaging in collaboration, communication, and support for clients, parents, and staff.
• Maintaining strict client confidentiality under HIPAA guidelines.
• Providing a safe and supportive environment for client and family.
• Attending regular consultation/meetings with the Supervising Clinician to review client objectives/goals, assess client progress, and implement necessary changes to ensure success.
• Attending clinic or payor required ongoing trainings to advance clinical practice & professional development.
• Assisting with additional clinical and/or administrative duties as delegated
