Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have or be willing to complete the Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential.
• Current CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to achieve certification.
• Ability to lift, squat, bend, push/pull 50 pounds as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care services to clients in one-on-one therapy.
• Collect and record data on client behavior.
• Maintain strict client confidentiality under HIPAA guidelines.
