Job summary

Applied Behavior Center for Autism in Lafayette, IN is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide direct, one-on-one behavioral therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder under the supervision of a BCBA, with support from teachers and instructional assistants.

You will implement ABA interventions, collect data, collaborate with the treatment team, and communicate progress to families. The position offers competitive hourly pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification through BACB.
• Experience implementing ABA techniques and data collection.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy sessions for children with ASD.
• Implement BIPs and skill acquisition programs under BCBA supervision.
• Promote adaptive behaviors and reduce maladaptive behaviors.
• Care for clients' communication, social, academic, and daily living skills.
• Collaborate with BCBA, teachers, and instructional assistants on progress.
• Participate in meetings and communicate progress with families.
• Maintain RBT certification through ongoing training.
