Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older to be considered for this position.
• Lifting/carrying more than 50 lbs is necessary.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team for therapy plans.
