Job summary

Sunny Days Sunshine Center in Manalapan, NJ, is hiring RBT therapists to provide ABA therapy at our outpatient center. We offer flexible afternoon, evening, and weekend schedules with competitive rates based on education and experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience with autism and ABA methods.
• RBT coursework provided at center; training available.
• Associates or BA in ABA preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
• Use reinforcement, prompting, and shaping techniques.
• Teach ABA, social, and daily living skills.
• Collect data and track progress using online system.
• Support parents, teachers, and caregivers to apply strategies.
• Implement programs designed by BCBA.
