Job summary

SpringHealth Behavioral Health and Integrated Care is hiring a certified behavior technician to deliver Applied Behavior Analysis driven programs for youth with developmental disabilities in home and community settings.

You will provide 1:1 therapy under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, track progress, report to your supervisor, and help clients develop communication, self-help and social-skills while maintaining confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Certified Behavior Technician certificate required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Two+ years experience with individuals with developmental disabilities or behaviorally challenged population.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Reliable transportation and insurance.
• Flexibility with client scheduling and treatment needs.
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA-driven programs for youth with developmental disabilities in home or community.
• Provide 1:1 therapy to individuals in home or community setting.
• Implement treatment goals under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst.
• Provide feedback on progress to supervisor.
• Facilitate teaching of communication, self-help, social-skills, and other goals.
• Track client progress and program data.
• Adhere to Company Policy and Procedures.
• Observe confidentiality and safeguard patient information.
