BrightSpring Health Services is seeking a part-time Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) to implement Applied Behavior Analysis programs for youth with developmental disabilities. You will provide 1:1 therapy and must have a Bachelor’s degree and relevant experience. The position offers part-time medical benefits for qualifying individuals and requires strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills. Reliable transportation and flexible scheduling are essential for this role.

Formación

• Two or more years of experience with individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Reliable transportation and insurance.

Responsabilidades

• Implement Applied Behavior Analysis driven programs for youth in home/community.
• Provide 1:1 therapy in a suitable setting.
• Track client progress and program data.
