Job summary

Blue Gems ABA is seeking an RBT to provide one-on-one ABA therapy in home, school, or clinic settings. You will implement plans designed by your supervising BCBA and collect progress data using clinical software.

Requirements include an active RBT certification or eligibility, a HS diploma (BA/BS in related field is a plus), and a valid driver’s license with reliable transportation. Strong communication and genuine passion for helping children and families are essential.

Qualifications

• Certification: Active RBT certification or eligibility.
• Education: HS diploma required; BA/BS in related field a plus.
• Experience: Experience with children with autism or developmental delays.
• Reliability: Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Communication: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion: Motivation to help children and families achieve outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior intervention plans designed by supervisor.
• Collect real-time data on client progress with software.
• Collaborate with BCBA, families, and caregivers for consistency.
• Maintain a safe, positive environment during sessions.
