Strides ABA is seeking a part-time Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide in-home or daycare-based ABA therapy for children with developmental disabilities. You will work under BCBA supervision, implement individualized plans, and collect precise data to track progress.

The role emphasizes collaboration with families and the clinical team while upholding professional standards and advocating for each child’s needs. Training opportunities and flexible case timings are available.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• Willingness to complete RBT training.
• Valid driver’s license or reliable transportation.

Position Overview:

• Strides ABA is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician RBTto provide in-home, or daycare-based therapy for children with developmental disabilities.
• As a Registered Behavior Technician RBT, you will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). In this role, the Registered Behavior Technician RBTwill implement individualized behavior plans, collect detailed data, and use positive reinforcement techniques to enhance the client’s quality of life.
• The Registered Behavior Technician RBTis key to delivering structured therapy and ensuring consistent progress. Our ideal Registered Behavior Technician RBT will collaborate with families, caregivers, and the clinical team to ensure each child reaches their fullest potential.
• Above all, the Registered Behavior Technician RBTwill uphold professional standards, and advocate for each child’s needs.

Qualifications:

• A genuine passion for helping children and making a meaningful difference in their lives.
• Must be at least 18 years old and willing to complete training to become a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).
• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• Valid driver’s license or reliable transportation (for community and in-home services).

Skills & Abilities

• Knowledge of ABA principles or willingness to learn through trainings provided.

Legal Requirements:

• Adherence to HIPAA guidelines for confidentiality and data protection.
• Compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations regarding child welfare and mandatory reporting.
• Physical ability to assist with safety protocols, including lifting or moving clients when needed.
