Job summary

Imagination ABA Therapy in Englishtown, New Jersey is seeking a skilled ABA Therapist to join our team. You will deliver high-quality, individualized ABA therapy to children and families, implementing treatment plans and collecting data to track progress.

Work with BCBA(s) to develop and adjust plans, participate in ongoing training, and contribute to a supportive, compassionate environment that empowers clients to achieve life skills and meaningful outcomes.

Qualifications

• RBT certification preferred but not required.
• Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or human services preferred.
• Ability to work with children and adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder and related developmental needs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to maintain accurate records.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing individualized treatment plans and conduct one‑on‑one and group sessions with children and adolescents diagnosed with ASD and related needs.
• Use evidence‑based ABA practices to promote skill development, functional communication, independence, and real‑world outcomes.
• Collaborate with BCBA(s) and other professionals to develop and modify treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of client progress, including data collection and reporting.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
