Job summary

Imagination ABA Therapy in New Jersey is seeking a dedicated ABA Behavior Technician to deliver 1:1 therapy in homes, schools, and community settings. You will implement treatment plans created by BCBAs and collect progress data to inform ongoing care.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy sessions to clients in their natural environments, including homes, schools, and community settings
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
• Collect and record data on client progress and behavior
• Collaborate with families, schools, and other professionals to ensure consistent and effective therapy
• Participate in ongoing training and supervision to enhance skills and knowledge
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of client progress and therapy sessions
