Imagination ABA Therapy in Englishtown, New Jersey is seeking a skilled ABA Therapist to join our team. You will deliver high-quality, individualized ABA therapy to children and families, implementing treatment plans and collecting data to track progress.

Work with BCBA(s) to develop and adjust plans, participate in ongoing training, and contribute to a supportive, compassionate environment that empowers clients to achieve life skills and meaningful outcomes.

Qualifications

  • RBT certification preferred but not required.
  • Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or human services preferred.
  • Ability to work with children and adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder and related developmental needs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to maintain accurate records.

Imagination ABA Therapy is seeking a skilled ABA Therapist to join our team in the Englishtown, New Jersey area. As an ABA Therapist with our organization, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, individualized ABA therapy services to children and families in our community. Responsibilities
  • Assist in the implementation of individualized treatment plans, conducting one‑on‑one and group therapeutic sessions with children and adolescents diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder and related developmental needs

  • Collaborate with BCBA(s) and other professionals to develop and modify treatment plans, ensuring consistency and continuity of care
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of client progress, including data collection and reporting
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Demonstrate a strong commitment to clinical integrity, professionalism, and compassion in all aspects of work
Requirements
  • RBT certification is preferred but not required
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., psychology, education, or human services) preferred
