Job summary

ABA 360 is seeking individuals to provide one-on-one ABA services to children with Autism in home or community settings. No prior experience required and part-time roles are available, with opportunities to advance in the field of psychology and applied behavior analysis.

Responsibilities include implementing skill-building plans, collecting data, and collaborating with families and the clinical team to improve outcomes for clients.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Willingness to learn and passion for helping children with Autism.

Responsibilities

• Provide one on one ABA services to clients using evidence based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team responsible for the direct implementation of skill building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
• Collaborate with families and providers to enhance treatment effectiveness.
