Job summary

RCG Behavioral Health Network in Virginia provides ABA therapy to children and young adults with autism and related developmental needs. Therapists work under a Behavior Analyst to implement individualized treatment plans across center, home, school, or community settings.

Full-time and part-time positions welcome, with shifts including weekdays; active RBT credential is welcomed but not required, and additional benefits may apply for those who hold the credential.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children or young adults in education, therapy, or support settings.
• Excellent communication and time-management skills.
• Ability to follow clinical instructions and maintain confidentiality.
• Valid Virginia driver’s license for transportation assignments.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA therapy services per client treatment plans.
• Use positive reinforcement and teach replacement behaviors while preserving dignity.
• Support caregiver training under supervision of a Behavior Analyst.
• Record behavioral data and complete session notes accurately and on time.
• Follow safety and crisis management procedures.
• Collaborate with families, supervisors, and other professionals.
