Job summary

RCG Behavioral Health Network is seeking qualified ABA therapists to provide services to children and young adults with autism and related needs. Roles vary by education and credentials, with opportunities for those holding an RBT credential.

Positions include full-time and part-time evenings, with responsibilities across centers, homes, schools, or community settings. Supervision by a Behavior Analyst and caregiver training are integral parts of the role.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience working with children or young adults in childcare, classroom, therapy, or related setting preferred.
• Active RBT credential welcomed but not required for all openings; must be verified if hired for RBT role.
• Willingness to complete required background screening, training, and competency requirements.
• Valid Virginia driver's license with clean driving record for assignments involving client transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA therapy services and carry out activities per each client's treatment plan.
• Use positive reinforcement and teach replacement skills while protecting client dignity.
• Support caregiver training under supervision of a Behavior Analyst.
• Record behavioral data and complete session notes and required documentation accurately and on time.
• Follow trained safety and crisis management procedures; collaborate with families, supervisors, and other professionals.
• Participate in supervision, training, and professional development; assist with client transportation as needed.
