Job summary

RCG Behavioral Health Network is hiring for full-time and part-time ABA therapist roles in Virginia. You will work under a Behavior Analyst to deliver therapy in centers, homes, schools, or community settings, supporting children and young adults to build communication, social, play, and daily living skills.

The role involves data recording, supervision, caregiver training, and collaboration with families and professionals. Active RBT credential is welcome but not required for all openings.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• College degree or coursework in psychology, education, social work, counseling, sociology, or related field preferred.
• Experience with children or young adults in classroom, childcare, therapy, or support setting preferred.
• Active RBT credential welcomed but not required for all openings; if hired into RBT role, credential must be active.
• Willingness to complete background screening, training, and competency requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA therapy and implement individual treatment plans.
• Use positive reinforcement and teach replacement skills while protecting client dignity.
• Support caregiver training under supervision of a Behavior Analyst.
• Record data and complete session notes and required documentation accurately.
• Collaborate with families, supervisors, coworkers, and other professionals involved in care.
• Participate in supervision, training, and professional development.
• Assist in transporting clients in an RCG vehicle when required by program.
