Autism Institute of Minnesota (AIM) is seeking compassionate Behavior Therapists (Level 1 & Level 2 EIDBI Providers) to join our growing team. This role involves delivering one-on-one behavioral interventions to children with ASD, implementing individualized treatment plans, and collaborating with the clinical team to monitor progress.
Work is in-person in Minnesota, with schedules aligning to a 9am-5pm center operation.
Pay: $23.00 - $26.00 per hour

At AIM, we provide high-quality, evidence-based Early Intensive Developmental and Behavioral Intervention (EIDBI) services in a collaborative, supportive environment where clinicians have the opportunity to grow professionally while making a meaningful difference in the lives of children and their families.
Behavior Therapists provide direct therapeutic services to children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and related conditions through individualized treatment plans. Therapists collaborate closely with Qualified Supervising Professionals (QSPs), Level I providers, families, and other members of the multidisciplinary team to implement effective interventions, monitor progress, collect clinical data, and support positive developmental outcomes.
Applicants must qualify as either a Minnesota EIDBI Level 1 or Level 2 Provider.
