About Us

Norway Health Center is a behavioral health clinic in the Twin Cities, founded in 2020, committed to empowering local community leaders and providing high‑quality, ethical services to children and families.

Position Overview

We are seeking a compassionate, highly skilled EIDBI Level 1 Provider to deliver early intensive intervention services for children and youth with Autism Spectrum Disorder and related developmental needs. The role involves assessment, treatment planning, program implementation, data collection, and collaboration with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, update, and oversee Individual Treatment Plans (ITPs) that reflect the child’s and family’s values, culture, language, and preferences.
  • Provide 1:1 in‑person intervention using evidence‑based strategies such as Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to support skill acquisition and reduce barrier behaviors.
  • Offer observation, direction, and clinical guidance to Behavior Technicians to ensure consistency and quality in service delivery.
  • Collect and analyze data to monitor progress, adjust interventions, and support data‑based decision making.
  • Document all services, sessions, and treatment updates in accordance with EIDBI health service record requirements.
  • Provide caregiver training, education, and support to promote generalization of skills in daily routines and home environments.
  • Maintain a safe, supportive, and engaging environment during all therapy sessions, whether delivered in the home setting or via telehealth.
  • Communicate regularly with team members and Behavior Technicians to review progress and support consistent treatment implementation.
  • Uphold professional, ethical, and cultural standards, receive required clinical supervision, and complete mandated trainings as outlined by EIDBI guidelines.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Clinical Training Requirement: Complete at least 2,000 hours of supervised clinical experience and/or training in evaluation or treatment of individuals with ASD or related conditions, or the equivalent graduate‑level coursework.
  • Education or Certification Requirement: Meet one of the pathways below.
  • Graduate Degree Pathway: Master’s or doctoral degree in behavioral health, child development, or a related field.
  • BCBA‑D or BCBA Pathway: Board‑Certified Behavior Analyst‑Doctoral (BCBA‑D) or BCBA in good standing.
  • Qualified Behavior Analyst Pathway: Credentialed QBA under an approved board.
  • Bachelor’s + Advanced Certification Pathway: Bachelor’s degree in a behavioral or child‑development field and an advanced certification in a DHS‑recognized treatment modality.
  • BCaBA Pathway: BCaBA credential and 4,000 hours of supervised clinical experience meeting certification requirements.
  • Experienced Bachelor’s Pathway: Bachelor’s degree, completed ASD Strategies in Action and EIDBI 101 trainings, and 6,000 hours of early intervention clinical experience.
  • Master’s‑in‑Progress Pathway: Currently enrolled or recently completing a master’s degree, receiving supervision from a QSP at least once per month until 2,000 hours are met.
  • Provide sufficient documentation to verify eligibility as an EIDBI Level 1 provider.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Empathy, patience, and the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Pass a criminal background check.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to accommodate client schedules.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Hours, Compensation, and Benefits
  • Job type: Part‑time / Full‑time
  • Flexible hours between 7 am and 8 pm; up to 40 hours per week.
