Job summary

Links-Aba-Therapy- is seeking a part-time Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy in home settings for children with autism. You will receive hands‑on training and supervision from an experienced BCBA, building essential communication, social, and independence skills.

You will collect data, implement behavior plans, and share progress with families, while maintaining reliable transportation and flexible after‑school or weekend availability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college coursework in psychology, education, or related field a plus.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Availability for after-school hours and/or weekends preferred.
• Experience and passion for helping children and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA therapy to children with autism (training provided).
• Collect data on treatment goals during each session.
• Collaborate with a supervising BCBA to implement behavior plans.
• Support families by sharing strategies and progress updates.
