Job summary

Links-Aba-Therapy- is seeking a Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism in home settings. You’ll help develop communication, social and independence skills while receiving hands-on training. You’ll collect data, implement behavior plans with supervision from a BCBA, and support families by sharing strategies and progress updates.

Part-time, mostly afternoons/evenings. Competitive pay $22–$28/hr with benefits for eligible employees and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma; college coursework in psychology is a plus.
• Reliable transportation to home settings.
• Availability for after-school hours and weekends preferred.
• Experience and passion for helping children and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA therapy to children with autism (training provided).
• Collect data on treatment goals during each session.
• Collaborate with a supervising BCBA to implement behavior plans.
• Support families by sharing strategies and progress updates.
