Links-Aba-Therapy- is seeking a Behavioral Technician (BT/RBT) to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism in home settings. You will support communication, social, and independence skills while receiving hands-on training from a BCBA.

Part-time role with flexible afternoons/evenings; after-school/weekend availability preferred. A high school diploma, reliable transportation, and a passion for helping families are required.

Formación

• HS diploma or equivalent; psychology/education coursework a plus
• Reliable transportation required
• After-school and weekend availability preferred
• Experience and passion for helping children and families

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct ABA therapy to children with autism (training provided)
• Collect data on treatment goals during each session
• Collaborate with a supervising BCBA to implement behavior plans
• Support families with strategies and progress updates
