Job summary

Links-Aba-Therapy- is hiring a Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy in home settings for children with autism. You will help build communication, social, and independence skills with hands-on training from a BCBA.

The role offers after-school and weekend availability with flexible hours. Training and supervision are provided to support professional growth in ABA therapy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college coursework in psychology, education, or related field a plus.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Availability for after-school hours and/or weekends preferred.
• Experience and passion for helping children and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA therapy to children (1:1 in homes).
• Collect data on treatment goals during each session.
• Collaborate with a supervising BCBA to implement behavior plans.
• Support families by sharing strategies and progress updates.
