Job summary

Links-Aba-Therapy- in New Jersey is seeking a Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism in home settings. You will work under supervision and help kids build communication, social, and independence skills while receiving hands-on training.

You will collect data, collaborate with a BCBA, and support families with strategies and progress updates. Part-time, afternoons/evenings, with flexible scheduling and training provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; coursework in psychology, education, or related field is a plus.
• Reliable transportation to and from client homes.
• Availability for after‑school hours and/or weekends preferred.
• Experience and passion for helping children and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism (training provided).
• Collect data on treatment goals during each session.
• Collaborate with a supervising BCBA to implement behavior plans.
• Support families by sharing strategies and progress updates.
