Job summary

Links-Aba-Therapy- is seeking a part-time Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy in homes for children with autism. You will collect data during sessions and work with a supervising BCBA to implement behavior plans.

This role offers flexible afternoon/evening shifts and hands-on mentorship from experienced BCBAs. Eligible employees receive health benefits and ongoing training and supervision.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; related coursework preferred.
• Reliable transportation to a home-based setting.
• Availability for after-school hours and weekends.
• Experience and passion for helping children and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism.
• Collect data on treatment goals during sessions.
• Collaborate with a BCBA to implement behavior plans.
