Job summary

Storybook ABA is seeking RBTs for part-time in-home and community-based ABA therapy across Virginia. You will collect data, implement programs, and work directly with children with autism.

Join a team that values growth, balance, and strong communication, with flexible hours and supportive BCBA mentorship. Travel is required, with competitive hourly rates.

Qualifications

• ABA Therapy experience is required.
• Experience with children with autism is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities for our RBTs/Registered Behavior Technicians:

• Provide in-home, and community-based Applied Behavioral Analysis therapy
• Collect behavior and skill acquisition data during sessions
• Be goal-oriented and maintain professionalism in all aspects of your work
• Ability to demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Personal means of transportation with a reliable vehicle
• Excellent time management skills
• Desire to be involved in a collaborative team of professionals with the drive to achieve positive outcomes
• Experience in applied behavior analysis or with children with autism
