Job summary

Storybook ABA is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide in-home and community-based ABA therapy. You will collect data, implement behavior plans, and collaborate with our team to help children with autism achieve meaningful goals.

The role requires 2 years of ABA experience, a reliable vehicle, and strong communication skills. Flexible hours and a supportive environment are offered to help you grow in the ABA field.

Qualifications

• ABA therapy experience of at least 2 years is required.
• Must have reliable time management and professional communication.
• Ability to travel to in-home and community-based sites is essential.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities for our RBTs/Registered Behavior Technicians:

• Provide in-home, and community-based Applied Behavioral Analysis therapy
• Collect behavior and skill acquisition data during sessions
• Be goal-oriented and maintain professionalism in all aspects of your work
• Ability to demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Personal means of transportation with a reliable vehicle
• Excellent time management skills
• Desire to be involved in a collaborative team of professionals with the drive to achieve positive outcomes
• Experience in applied behavior analysis or with children with autism
