Storybook ABA is hiring part-time RBTs to deliver in-home and community-based Applied Behavior Analysis therapy. You’ll collect data, work toward individualized goals, and collaborate with a supportive team of BCBAs.

This role emphasizes a real work-life balance, a flexible schedule, and opportunities for training and growth in the ABA field, with competitive hourly rates and potential bonuses.

Qualifications

• ABA Therapy experience with children.
• Minimum 2 years in ABA setting required.
• Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home and community-based ABA therapy.
• Collect behavior and skill acquisition data during sessions.
• Be goal-oriented and maintain professionalism in all aspects of your work.
• Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Use your own reliable vehicle for travel.
• Exhibit strong time management skills.
• Collaborate with a team of professionals to achieve positive outcomes.
• Experience with autism and ABA is preferred.
