Job summary

Storybook ABA is seeking dedicated RBTs for in-home and community ABA therapy across regions in Virginia and nearby areas. You will collect data on behavior and skill acquisition while delivering therapy, maintaining professionalism, and collaborating with a team of BCBAs.

A reliable vehicle and strong communication are essential. The role offers a flexible part-time schedule with opportunities to grow in ABA, competitive hourly rates, and bonuses in a supportive environment focused on balance

Qualifications

• ABA Therapy experience of at least 2 years.
• RBT training provided or required to start.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home and community-based ABA therapy.
• Collect behavior and skill acquisition data during sessions.
• Maintain professionalism and goal-oriented approach.
• Demonstrate written and verbal communication skills.
• Use personal transportation to visit clients.
• Manage time effectively and collaborate with a team.

Responsibilities for our RBTs/Registered Behavior Technicians:

• Provide in-home, and community-based Applied Behavioral Analysis therapy
• Collect behavior and skill acquisition data during sessions
• Be goal-oriented and maintain professionalism in all aspects of your work
• Ability to demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Personal means of transportation with a reliable vehicle
• Excellent time management skills
• Desire to be involved in a collaborative team of professionals with the drive to achieve positive outcomes
• Experience in applied behavior analysis or with children with autism
