Job summary

Storybook ABA is seeking an RBT for part-time in-home and community-based ABA therapy. The role focuses on delivering ABA services, collecting data, and maintaining professional standards. You will work closely with BCBAs to support client progress and schedule flexibility.

The position offers a part-time schedule, competitive hourly rates, and opportunities for growth in the ABA field. Travel to clients' homes and communities is required, with a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• ABA Therapy experience preferred.
• At least 2 years in ABA or related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home and community-based ABA therapy.
• Collect behavior and skill acquisition data during sessions.
• Be goal-oriented and maintain professionalism in all aspects of your work.
• Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Have reliable personal transportation.
• Show strong time management and scheduling.
• Collaborate with a team of professionals to achieve positive outcomes.
• Experience with children with autism is preferred.

Responsibilities for our RBTs/Registered Behavior Technicians:
