Job summary

Storybook ABA is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver in-home and community-based ABA therapy. You will implement behavior plans, collect data on behavior and skill acquisition, and support families with professional, compassionate care.

Flexible hours with afternoons and weekdays; pay ranges from $20.00 to $30.00 per hour. Training provided; opportunity to grow in the ABA field alongside experienced BCBAs. A reliable vehicle is preferred for home visits.

Qualifications

• ABA therapy experience (2 years) preferred.
• Demonstrates reliable data collection during sessions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities for our RBTs/Registered Behavior Technicians:

• Provide in-home, and community-based Applied Behavioral Analysis therapy
• Collect behavior and skill acquisition data during sessions
• Be goal-oriented and maintain professionalism in all aspects of your work
• Ability to demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Personal means of transportation with a reliable vehicle
