Job summary

Golden Care Therapy is seeking an ABA Therapist to provide in-home 1:1 ABA services for children with ASD across Queens. Compensation is $22.00–$30.00 per hour with a part-time role and potential to grow into full-time.

Benefits include tuition assistance, ongoing training, and a $250 sign-on bonus. Flexible schedule and opportunities for advancement to Lead RBT or Full Time RBT are available.

Qualifications

• Special education: 1 year (Preferred)
• Applied behavior analysis: 1 year (Preferred)

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home 1:1 ABA services to individuals diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) all across Queens.
• Use behavior-analytic strategies to increase functional behaviors and decrease behaviors that may impede learning, safety or social opportunities, by following patients’ treatment plan.
• Collect and submit data on an electronic data system.
• Maintain clear lines of communication with families, supervisors, and administration.

Golden Care Therapy is a ABA Therapy provider delivering home- based services for clients throughout the East Coast. We are seeking ABA Therapists/RBT's to join our team to provide ABA services for children with autism under the guidance of a behavioral supervisor (BCBA).
