Job summary

Golden Care Therapy is seeking an ABA Therapist to provide in-home 1:1 ABA services for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder. You will follow treatment plans and use behavior-analytic strategies to increase functional behaviors across Queens.

The role includes data collection on an electronic system and ongoing training with a supportive team. Flexible scheduling and opportunities for growth as Lead RBT or Full Time RBT are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience providing in-home ABA services (1:1) to individuals with ASD.
• Experience applying behavior-analytic strategies to increase functional behaviors.
• Data collection and submission on an electronic data system.

Join us for a chance to make a meaningful impact while working with a supportive team as an ABA Therapist!

• Provide in-home 1:1 ABA services to individuals diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) all across Queens.
• Use behavior-analytic strategies to increase functional behaviors and decrease behaviors that may impede learning, safety or social opportunities, by following patients’ treatment plan.
• Collect and submit data on an electronic data system.
• Maintain clear lines of communication with families, supervisors, and administration.

About GCT:

Golden Care Therapy is a ABA Therapy provider delivering home- based services for clients throughout the East Coast. We are seeking ABA Therapists/RBT's to join our team to provide ABA services for children with autism under the guidance of a behavioral supervisor (BCBA).
