Job summary

Golden Care Therapy NY seeks an ABA Therapist to deliver in-home 1:1 ABA services to children with autism across Queens, NY, under the guidance of a BCBA supervisor. This role emphasizes delivering individualized treatment plans and supporting family collaboration.

You will collect data electronically, monitor progress, and communicate clearly with families and the team while helping to expand therapy services in a supportive, growth-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience in special education preferred
• 1 year Applied Behavior Analysis experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home 1:1 ABA services to individuals with ASD across Queens
• Use behavior-analytic strategies to increase functional behaviors and decrease behaviors that impede learning by following treatment plans
• Collect and submit data on an electronic data system

• Provide in-home 1:1 ABA services to individuals diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) all across Queens.
• Use behavior-analytic strategies to increase functional behaviors and decrease behaviors that may impede learning, safety or social opportunities, by following patients’ treatment plan.
• Collect and submit data on an electronic data system.
• Maintain clear lines of communication with families, supervisors, and administration.

Golden Care Therapy is a ABA Therapy provider delivering home- based services for clients throughout the East Coast. We are seeking ABA Therapists/RBT's to join our team to provide ABA services for children with autism under the guidance of a behavioral supervisor (BCBA).
