Job summary

Golden Care Therapy is seeking a part-time ABA Therapist to provide in-home 1:1 ABA services across Queens. You will implement behavior-analytic strategies, collect data, and communicate with families and supervisors.

Qualified candidates have 1 year in special education or ABA, and a passion for helping children with autism. The role offers flexible hours, tuition assistance, and opportunities for growth within the team.

Join us for a chance to make a meaningful impact while working with a supportive team as anABA Therapist!

• Provide in-home 1:1 ABA services to individuals diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) all across Queens.
• Use behavior-analytic strategies to increase functional behaviors and decrease behaviors that may impede learning, safety or social opportunities, by following patients’ treatment plan.
• Collect and submit data on an electronic data system.
• Maintain clear lines of communication with families, supervisors, and administration.

About GCT:

Golden Care Therapy is a ABA Therapy provider delivering home- based services for clients throughout the East Coast. We are seeking ABA Therapists/RBT's to join our team to provide ABA services for children with autism under the guidance of a behavioral supervisor (BCBA).
