Job summary

Golden Care Therapy is seeking an ABA Therapist to provide in-home 1:1 ABA services to individuals with ASD, under supervision. The role focuses on implementing treatment plans, collecting data, and maintaining open communication with families and supervisors.

Qualifications include at least 1 year in special education or ABA-related work, and a willingness to grow within the team. A $250 sign-on bonus and ongoing training are offered to support professional development.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering in-home 1:1 ABA services to individuals with ASD is preferred.
• Experience collecting data on an electronic data system.
• Strong communication with families, supervisors, and administration.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home 1:1 ABA services to individuals diagnosed with ASD all across Queens.
• Use behavior-analytic strategies to increase functional behaviors and decrease behaviors that may impede learning, safety or social opportunities, by following patients’ treatment plan.
• Collect and submit data on an electronic data system.
• Maintain clear lines of communication with families, supervisors, and administration.

Golden Care Therapy is a ABA Therapy provider delivering home- based services for clients throughout the East Coast. We are seeking ABA Therapists/RBT's to join our team to provide ABA services for children with autism under the guidance of a behavioral supervisor (BCBA).
