Job summary

Imagination ABA Therapy is seeking a compassionate Behavior Technician (BT) to join our Sayreville, New Jersey team. You will implement individualized ABA plans to support children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and related needs, under supervision.

This role emphasizes teamwork with BCBAs and fellow RBTs to ensure high-quality, client-centered services. The BT will document progress, participate in ongoing supervision, and attend trainings to continually improve clinical skills while maintaining

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification preferred but not required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or related field preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to clients' homes or other settings as required.

As a key member of our clinical team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality, individualized services to children and families affected by Autism Spectrum Disorder and related developmental needs. Responsibilities

• Implement individualized treatment plans, utilizing evidence-based ABA practices, to promote skill development, functional communication, independence, and real-world outcomes for clients.
• Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team, including Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and other RBTs, to ensure seamless service delivery and continuous improvement.
• Document client progress, maintain accurate records, and participate in ongoing supervision and training to ensure clinical integrity and adherence to our high standards.
• Attend team meetings, staff development sessions, and professional conferences to stay current with best practices and expand your clinical knowledge and skills.
