Job summary

Imagination ABA Therapy is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician (BT) to join our Sayreville, New Jersey team. You will work with BCBA colleagues to implement evidence-based ABA programs in one-on-one sessions, collecting data and adjusting plans to help children with Autism Spectrum Disorder.

The role emphasizes collaboration, strong communication, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• RBT certification preferred but not required.
• High school diploma or equivalent; some college or related experience preferred.
• Bilingual candidates strongly encouraged to apply!
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Passion for working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder and related developmental needs

About the Role:

As a Behavior Technician (BT) with Imagination ABA Therapy, you will work collaboratively with our experienced BCBA team to develop and implement evidence-based ABA programs. Your responsibilities will include:

• Implementing behavioral interventions and strategies in one-on-one sessions with clients
• Collecting and recording data on client progress and behavior
• Collaborating with BCBAs to develop and modify treatment plans
• Providing training and support to clients and families
• Maintaining accurate records and reports
