Imagination ABA Therapy in Phillipsburg, New Jersey, is seeking a part-time BT to support children and families through evidence-based ABA programs under the supervision of a BCBA. You will implement targeted behavior reduction and skill acquisition plans in one-to-one settings and contribute to data collection and progress tracking.

You'll collaborate with BCBAs, parents, and other professionals to adapt treatment plans, while fostering a safe, respectful, and positive environment for clients

Competenze

• Must hold a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• RBT certification preferred but not required.
• Must be able to pass a background check and obtain necessary clearances.

As a BT (Behavior Technician) with Imagination ABA Therapy, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality, individualized services to children and families affected by Autism Spectrum Disorder and related developmental needs. Our Part-Time BT position is available in Phillipsburg, New Jersey, and offers a dynamic and supportive work environment that fosters growth, professionalism, and compassion.

About the Role:

As a BT, you will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA) to implement evidence-based Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) therapy programs for our clients. Your responsibilities will include:

• Implementing behaviour reduction and skill acquisition programmes in one-to-one settings

• Collecting and recording data on client behaviours and progress

• Participating in team meetings and collaborating with BCBAs, parents, and other professionals to develop and modify treatment plans

• Providing a safe, respectful, and positive environment for clients and families
