Responsibilities include implementing treatment plans, collaborating with BCBAs and other RBTs, documenting progress, and engaging in supervision and ongoing training. Flexible hours and travel to client homes may be required.

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification preferred but not required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or post-secondary education in a related field (e.g., psychology, special education) is preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to clients' homes or other settings as required.

As a key member of our clinical team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality, individualized services to children and families affected by Autism Spectrum Disorder and related developmental needs.
