Imagination ABA Therapy is seeking a compassionate Behavior Technician (BT) in Sayreville, New Jersey. As a BCBA‑owned and operated ABA team member, you will provide high‑quality, individualized services to children with autism, supporting skill development, functional communication, independence, and real‑world outcomes.

Job Summary:

Imagination ABA Therapy, a BCBA-owned and operated Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Provider, is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Behavior Technician (BT) to join our team in the Sayreville, New Jersey area. As a key member of our clinical team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality, individualized services to children and families affected by Autism Spectrum Disorder and related developmental needs. Responsibilities:

• Implement individualized treatment plans, utilizing evidence-based ABA practices, to promote skill development, functional communication, independence, and real-world outcomes for clients.
• Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team, including Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and other RBTs, to ensure seamless service delivery and continuous improvement.
• Document client progress, maintain accurate records, and participate in ongoing supervision and training to ensure clinical integrity and adherence to our high standards.
• Attend team meetings, staff development sessions, and professional conferences to stay current with best practices and expand your clinical knowledge and skills.
• Demonstrate a commitment to professionalism, compassion, and growth, and strive to create a positive and supportive work environment.
