Job summary

Pine Rest Christian Mental Health Services is seeking an ABA Technician to join a collaborative clinical team. You will assess patient needs, implement treatment plans, and support diverse patients and families with empathy and evidence-based ABA techniques.

Responsibilities include building strong relationships, applying behavior modification, and contributing to a multidisciplinary care approach. RBT certification is preferred, with ASD knowledge and ABA principles central to the role.

Qualifications

• RBT Certification preferred.
• Knowledge of Autism Spectrum Disorder.
• Understanding of therapy principles in ABA.
• On-the-job training or formal education in ABA program principles.

Responsibilities

• Establish positive relationships with patients, families and staff.
• Assess patient care needs and contribute to treatment plans.
• Implement ABA procedures under supervision of specialists.
• Apply behavior modification techniques.
• Maintain documentation and track progress.
