Job summary

Pine Rest seeks an ABA Technician to join a multidisciplinary team delivering ABA-based care. You will assess patient needs, implement treatment plans, and monitor progress under supervision, supporting patients of various ages and their families.

You must demonstrate reliability, compassion, and strong communication; on-site work with opportunities for professional development and certifications. Our program emphasizes patient-centered care and teamwork.

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Establish a positive working relationship with patients and families.
• Maintain rapport with patients and their families.
• Function as a member of the treatment team.
• Understand principles of behaviorally based programming.
• Sustain knowledge of Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) through training.
• Apply ABA processes for behavior modification.
