Job summary

Therapeutic Alliance LLC, a leading provider of home-based mental health services, is seeking an ABA Technician to support children in developing essential life skills under the supervision of a BCBA.

Responsibilities include implementing ISPs, conducting ABA therapy sessions, building strong relationships with clients and families, and coordinating wraparound services. A high school diploma is required; RBT certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
• RBT certification is a plus.
• At least one year of experience working with children with developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized service plans (ISPs)
• Conduct ABA therapy sessions
• Build positive relationships with clients and their families
• Assist with obtaining necessary wraparound services
