Job summary

My Team ABA is hiring Behavioral Technicians (RBT) to deliver high quality ABA therapy in clients’ homes and communities. Training is provided, including a 40-hour RBT course at no cost and support to become RBT certified.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or college degree required.
• RBT 40-hour training required prior to client work.
• 1 year experience as ABA therapist or 1 year working with children with disabilities preferred but not required.
• Must have a reliable car and a valid driver’s license for commuting to clients’ homes.
• Willingness to pass a background check.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in home settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy sessions in the home or community setting.
• Implement behavior interventions and treatment plans for children aged 2–21.
• Conduct discrete trials and natural environment teaching to develop skills.
• Collect behavior and skill data during sessions and enter into EMR daily.
• Collaborate with a BCBA and participate in clinical team meetings and ongoing training.
• Maintain open communication with families, BCBA, clinical directors, and team.
