Job summary

Illuminate is seeking a Behavior Technician/RBT to deliver in-home and community-based ABA therapy for children and adolescents with ASD. You will work with families, track progress, and implement behavior plans under supervision.

Bring energy, strong communication, and reliable transportation to support daytime, after-school, and evening sessions across client locations. Travel reimbursement and growth opportunities available.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and ability to engage with children.
• Experience working with children and/or individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home and community-based ABA therapy to clients.
• Track client progress during sessions and document data.
• Maintain safety and respond calmly to challenging behaviors.
• Travel reliably between assigned client locations.
