Job summary

Uxbridge Public Schools is seeking an ABA Technician PK-3 to support students at Taft Elementary from preschool through third grade. The position runs 8:15 AM to 3:15 PM, full-time, with benefits, and involves implementing ABA strategies under BCBA guidance and collaborating with special educators.

You will work one-on-one or in small groups, collect data toward IEP goals, and help maintain a positive, inclusive learning environment.

Qualifications

High school diploma required; higher degrees preferred.
RBT training and/or experience with ABA preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
Ability to collect data and use basic computer tools for record-keeping.

Responsibilities

Provide direct support to students with autism and developmental disabilities from preschool to 3rd grade.
Implement ABA strategies under BCBAs and teachers.
Work one-on-one or in small groups to support instructional, social, emotional, and behavioral needs.
Collect and record data toward IEP goals.
Collaborate with teachers and specialists to ensure consistent student support plans.
Prepare materials and activities for instruction and engagement.
Maintain confidentiality and adhere to school policies.
Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
