Job summary

Under the supervision of the teacher/BCBA, you may work 1:1 or in small groups, develop materials, and assist with behavior programs. This position is full-time with daily pay, serving students with diverse needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to effectively communicate in a classroom setting.
• Ability to stand, walk, sit, lift and/or move children.
• Must work in a noisy, high-pressure environment while keeping students safe.
• RBT or BCaBA certification is a plus; supervision provided by a BCBA.

Responsibilities

• May work 1:1, 1:2 or small group depending on needs.
• Assist in developing and implementing lesson materials.
• Collect and summarize data on student progress.
• Monitor behavior and report to the BCBA.
• Support teachers with behavior plans.
• Carry out other assignments as directed.
