Job summary

Advanta Autism Care is seeking a passionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy in home and community settings along Colorado's Front Range. You will work under BCBA supervision to help clients build communication, social, daily living, and independence skills.

What You'll Do

As an RBT, you'll work directly with clients under the supervision of a BCBA to help them achieve meaningful progress.

Your responsibilities include:

• Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy in home and community settings
• Teach communication, social, daily living, safety, and independence skills
• Implement individualized treatment plans
• Collect accurate session data and document client progress
• Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and caregivers
• Prepare therapy materials and implement behavior intervention strategies
• Maintain ethical, professional, and confidential practices
• Participate in supervision, ongoing training, and team meetings

What We're Looking For

We're looking for professionals who are passionate about helping others and committed to providing exceptional care.

Required

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification
• (Applicants must already be certified.)

Preferred

• Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities
• ABA or behavioral health experience
• Experience using CentralReach (preferred but not required)

Physical Requirements

• Sitting, kneeling, bending, squatting, and moving throughout sessions
