Job summary

Advanta Autism Care is seeking a passionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in Colorado Springs to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy with clients in home and community settings.

You will work under BCBA supervision to help individuals with ASD build communication, social, daily living, and independence skills while contributing to their meaningful progress and growth. A $500 sign-on bonus is offered after 90 days, along with paid training and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Experience with children or individuals with developmental disabilities preferred.
• ABA or behavioral health experience preferred.
• CentralReach experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

As an RBT, you'll work directly with clients under the supervision of a BCBA to help them achieve meaningful progress. Your responsibilities include:

• Deliver one‑on‑one ABA therapy in home and community settings
• Teach communication, social, daily living, safety, and independence skills
• Implement individualized treatment plans
• Collect accurate session data and document client progress
• Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and caregivers
• Prepare therapy materials and implement behavior intervention strategies
• Maintain ethical, professional, and confidential practices
• Participate in supervision, ongoing training, and team meetings

What We’re Looking For

Required

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification (Applicants must already be certified.)

Preferred

• Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities
• ABA or behavioral health experience
• Experience using CentralReach (preferred but not required)

Physical Requirements
